Print UPS labels with UPS Global Checkout™

The UPS Global Checkout app adds label creation to your BigCommerce admin, so you can generate a UPS label for an international order — along with its commercial invoice — without leaving the order page. The label uses the Quote ID from checkout to maintain the guaranteed landed cost.

Create a label 

1. In your BigCommerce control panel, open the order you want to fulfill
2. Click Print UPS Global Checkout Label on the order page
3. In the label panel, review and adjust the label options (described below)
4. Click Generate to create the label

In the label panel, you can set:

• Service level — defaults to the service the customer selected at checkout (marked Selected by Customer); you can choose a different enabled service
• Packaging — select the box for the shipment
• Delivery options — set delivery confirmation, Saturday delivery, carbon neutral, and email tracking to the customer as needed

When the label is created, the tracking number is added to the order, a shipment is recorded in BigCommerce, and the order status is set to Awaiting Shipment.

View the label and commercial invoice 

After a label is generated, reopening Print UPS Global Checkout Label on the order shows the existing label with options to View Label and, for international shipments, View Invoice (the commercial invoice). Each opens as a printable file.

Confirm the label printed correctly 

A correctly generated UPS Global Checkout label includes the indicator P/P TPR in the bottom-left corner of the label. This confirms the shipment was processed through UPS Global Checkout with the landed cost applied.

Void a label 

If you need to cancel a label, open the label panel on the order and choose Void. Voiding removes the shipment from the order, clears the label, and reverts the order status to Awaiting Fulfillment so you can start again.
