How it works
The app connects your UPS account to BigCommerce and automatically calculates international shipping rates with duties and taxes included. When customers check out with an international address, they see the complete landed cost upfront. The Quote ID generated during checkout is available in the order metadata and within the BigCommerce order details. Merchants can use the Quote ID to print labels through external shipping systems, or simply generate labels directly from BigCommerce while maintaining the guaranteed landed cost selected at checkout.
